RELAXING MASSAGE · DEEP RELAXATION

Relaxing massage, the art of slowing down

Absolute relaxation massage.

Slow, fluid movements, warm oil, and soft light relax the mind as much as the body.

We are not seeking to resolve tensions by force, but to create a continuous envelope that invites letting go.
— the real break for those who need to switch off.

Time slows, the body breathes

The relaxing massage is intended for moments when you are looking for neither performance nor spectacular technique, but simply the opportunity to slow down.

This is the massage one chooses after several hours in front of a computer, after a day spent standing, after a journey or when the shoulders remain tense even once the day is over.

Your massage therapist uses gentle or medium pressure and maintains a steady rhythm. She can work longer on your upper back and shoulders if you indicate that the tension is concentrated there.

You can talk during the massage, ask for a change in pressure or simply close your eyes. The aim is for you to have nothing to endure and nothing to control.

Frequently Asked Questions

Good to know

I'm stressed, I'm sleeping poorly: is this the right massage?

It's precisely his domain. The slow pace and constant pressure calm the mind as much as the body — many of our clients leave with a real feeling of «pause».

Is it possible to fall asleep during the session?

Yes, and that happens often – it's even a good sign. The practitioner continues their work, you simply wake up more relaxed.

What's the difference with Oriental massage?

The relaxing massage gently soothes, while the oriental massage works more firmly on tensions. If you're unsure, let us know upon arrival: the session can combine both approaches.

How long should I allow?

60 minutes for a truly complete relaxation, 90 minutes to prolong the interlude. Also allow a few minutes after the session to ease back in gently.
